This product arrived damaged. My issue is with the return/refund process. Your website just keeps sending me round and round with no ability to actually "chat" with a human. I tried emailing, but that didn't work either. I think you do this on purpose to avoid issuing refunds. I had to reorder the part and pay again so that my customer can receive their installation. VERY FRUSTRATED!!
