Perfect for use in construction, utilities, or manufacturing, this fall limiter features 9' of working length and is rated for users up to 420 lb. It boasts a compact, lightweight design that offers greater mobility, safety, and versatility than a traditional shock-absorbing lanyard. Additionally, it attaches to the D-ring of a harness (sold separately) for use as a personal fall limiter, or it can be used as a traditional retractable lifeline.
This fall limiter features a quick-activating stainless steel braking system that arrests free falls, and in the event of a fall, the visual load indicator appears red to indicate that the unit should be removed from service. For quick and easy installation, it includes a locking snap hook connector, as well as a steel twist-lock carabiner. It meets all applicable OSHA, CSA, and ANSI requirements. No annual factory recertification is required outside of Canada.
