Hobart SCRAPER-HL30 Details
Designed to work with a 30 qt. bowl on your Hobart HL300 or HL400 all-purpose Legacy mixer, this SCRAPER-HL30 bowl scraper continuously scrapes the sides of your mixing bowl as the agitator turns! This ensures all ingredients on the sides and bottom of the bowl are thoroughly mixed, and reduces the need for manual scraping. It serves as the secondary scraper, when used on the HL400 with a 30 qt. bowl.
