Ensure all your pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned thoroughly with this powerful Hobart Advansys washer. This machine reduces operating costs and saves time and money when cleaning a high volume of prep ware. It comes with a Sense-A-Temp booster heater that increases the water temperature by 70 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring proper sanitation. It comes with 2 flat grids, 1 flat bottom rack, and 2 tray racks. Its spacious chamber fits 20 full-sized sheet pans or (1) 140 qt. mixing bowl. This dishwasher offers 2-, 4-, and 6-minute cycles to perform as many as 13 cycles per hour. It uses only 2.35 gallons of water per cycle, and it cleans as many as 260 sheet pans per hour.

This dishwasher is easy to operate with user-friendly touchscreen controls and WiFi connectivity. It works with the SmartConnect app to remotely access the machine status, error code reporting, temperature logs, and usage analysis. This unit boasts a pumped rinse system to boost water pressure and provide efficient rinsing of dishes and glassware. Its pumped drain removes wash and rinse water at the end of each cycle. It features Complete Delime with delime notification, auto dispensing, and Booster Guard. This system alerts the operator when it is time to delime and then automatically adds the deliming chemicals to delime both the booster heater and wash tank.

This dishwasher features ventless energy recovery to capture and reuse heat from the steam generated during the wash and rinse cycles. This design also eliminates the need for a vent hood. This dishwasher allows for scheduled fill and drain times, and it provides temperature alerts and lockouts. Plus, it offers convenient service diagnostics. It features X-shaped, revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and revolving upper and lower rinse arms that are easily interchangeable.

This dishwasher is made of durable stainless steel with a front-loading, split-door configuration and a deep-drawn tank. Its door is lockable to prevent unintended operation. This unit comes with an external rack holder and a removable stainless steel scrap basket and strainer pans. It uses factory installed drain water tempering to lower the temperature of draining water, helping to prevent damage to your plumbing system. It requires a 480V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation.
