    This hook is essential for making dough on our Hobart legacy mixer, but is really disappointing. Its made of a lightweight aluminum which barely can stand up to dough production. 3 of these have snapped in 2019 alone. Too bad because Hobart normally makes a high quality product. This sadly is not one of them.

    This is the third hook I've bought in little over a year. It snaps at base and is poorly made for a Hobart product. Also overpriced!
