I could taste the better quality difference in this large bag of cocoa powder. Our brownies come out richer than before. Hershey's always comes through with good quality for the price.

I use Hershey's as a substitute when I can't get Valhrona in stock. It does pretty well, but once you've been spoiled on great cocoa it's hard to go back! Definitely be sure to sift before using in recipes, otherwise you'll have lumps of cocoa in your baking.
