This powder makes rich tasting hot cocoa. Tastes great with milk. However, we prefer to mix in a little bit more to make it a little bit thicker. Have been repurchasing this product.

We LOVE this Ground Chocolate! We use it all the time in may of our drinks!! We use it in espresso drinks as well as blended drinks and it works perfectly! Highly recommend!

I've used this product as drinking chocolate and also in baked cookies, brownies and cupcakes! Delicious, full, rich chocolate flavor. It does have sugar so cannot be used in buttercream.

We used to use this powder for our mochas which were a hit and delicious. The only issue we had was how long it takes to mix, TOO LONG! It would stick to the sides of the cups and clump up and we just didn't have time to spend 5 minutes stirring a mocha. However, for home use or shops with a less demanding pace, this powder is primo.

Our coffee shop usually orders straight from Ghirardelli corporate ordering, but Webstaurant comes in so handy when we need something ASAP. We use the sweet ground chocolate in our hot chocolates and mocha lattes, and its delicious! We get tons of compliments on the flavor, and were even in the local paper for the popularity of our hot chocolate. This price is great too, barely more than from Ghirardelli themselves.

Use this to take your hot chocolates up a notch! We also use this in our mochas, which are a customer favorite. We haven't compared this to the syrup flavoring options, but we would definitely recommend for use in cafes/coffee shops.
