This swivel stem caster is 3" in diameter and easily swaps out with a worn or broken caster so you can continue to move the unit around your busy kitchen. This caster includes a brake to lock it in place when you want to make it stationary. It's compatible with Henny Penny CFE-415 and CFE-427 fryers.
