Use this Heat Seal 6506108 11" platform disc & pizza fork to expand your freshly wrapped pizza or deli offerings. Designed for pizzas up to 18" in diameter, this disc and fork set works in tandem with the Heat Seal PC-1318 pizza and deli tray wrapping machine to safely wrap pizzas or deli items in film. The fork helps to safely remove the pizza from the platform once it has finished wrapping and is still hot, while the platform disc covers the unit to provide a resting area for the pizza to be wrapped on.
