Can I use batter with this waffle maker?

This waffle maker is intended for use with dough to create your signature waffles. It can also be used to defrost or heat waffles, but it is not recommended for use with batter since it does not rotate or flip. Waffle makers that rotate / flip are better suited for batter-based waffles because the batter needs to come into contact with both sides of the plate for even, consistent cooking.

This bubble style waffle maker produces one waffle at a time with the popular bubbled texture that is perfect for rolling into a cone or serving flat with toppings. Featuring cast iron plates for even heat distribution, this waffle maker opens to 180 degrees for easy removal when finished cooking. The thermostatic control ranges from 122-572 degrees Fahrenheit for full quality control.

This unit has a stainless steel frame with a drip tray to reduce waste, an on/off switch with a power indicator light, and an insulated heating element. Its plates are removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
