With the ability to switch from hot or cold in just under an hour, you'll be able to serve cold or hot non-perishable food items with ease! This shelf boasts a 1/4 hp condensing unit with R-513A refrigerant that keeps your products at safe serving temperatures when used in cold mode. Heating operation uses a surface-mounted, rope-style heating element. For convenience and flexibility, both the control box and the condenser unit can be mounted up to 4' away from the shelf, which is especially helpful if you have a large service or buffet area where multiple power cords are running below the table. The hardcoat aluminum top lays flush within your countertop, which helps prevent crumbs, spills, and bacteria from collecting in any cracks. This not only makes clean up easy, but also offers a more sanitary food station! This 804W shelf requires a 120V electrical connection.
