The Hatco HBG-2418 24" x 18" portable black heated glass shelf provides you with a simple way to create a magnificent display of kebabs, egg rolls and other hors d'ouvres at your pass-through area, buffet line or self serve area! This unit boasts 425 watts of heating power in a blanket-type element for reliable, even heat distribution and thermostatic controls that allow you to easily adjust the temperature from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep your food hot and delicious.
