This double shelf unit features heated, hardcoated aluminum shelves for optimal pizza warming, as well as stainless steel box stops for easy pass-through holding. Each heat zone has a separate On-Off switch and temperature control to accommodate every variety of pizza served at your restaurant. All of the holding products will be brilliantly illuminated by the unit's incandescent bulbs, which are also shatter-proof to safe-guard food products from bulb breakage.
