Great for use on the buffet line or other front of the house applications, this Hatco GRAL-48 48" Glo-Ray infrared lighted strip warmer is a great way to keep all of your signature menu items hot, fresh, and clearly visible! The pre-focused heat pattern on this 1040W strip warmer directs heat from a metal-sheathed element to bathe the entire holding surface, maintaining serving temperature for a longer period of time without continuing to cook the food. An aluminum housing eliminates the risk of "sagging" in the middle, and a toggle on/off control makes operation simple!
