    This product is fantastic and works great. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the heating elements stopped working 4-6 months into operation, but the customer service on Hatco's end handled it with ease and sent a replacement which arrived in 4-5 business days. The other element is starting to dimmer down, but I don't have any doubts they won't send a replacement when it stops working.
