This air curtain cabinet features 3430 watts of heating power and 3 tiers of removable shelves to heat and hold your customers' favorite foods. The shelves can be displayed slanted or horizontally to help give your products optimal visibility.
The heated air curtain design allows a wave of heated air to move downward and throughout the cabinet to keep your shelves at the perfect serving temperature from 70 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit for hot foods. This unit features no front doors, so customers can simply reach in and grab their items without hassle. The unit's glass side doors are removable, as well as the included crumb tray and shelves for easy cleaning. The unit's rear glass door is hinged, allowing for the operator to restock customers' favorite foods quickly to keep up with demand.
The digital controls are very user-friendly, and the rear door swings out to provide the operator with quick access to the shelves for refilling during busy hours. This unit is equipped with LED lighting to showcase your items and enhance their visibility.
