4 tea bags Harvey & Sons Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
16 oz. water
Ice
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. simple syrup
3-5 leaves fresh mint

To make, boil water and steep tea bag for 8 minutes. Next, fill a pitcher with ice, pour the hot tea over the ice, and chill until ready for use. Place mint leaves in the bottom of a glass, using a muddle or the end of a wooden spoon, and press the mint leaves into the bottom of the glass. Add simple syrup, bourbon, and tea. Top with ice and mint.
