To prepare this tea, heat your water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit and steep a tea bag for 5 minutes. Each tea bag can be used to brew an individual cup of tea or you can use 2 or more tea bags to prepare a pot for guests to share! 6 tea bags or sachets Harvey & Sons Decaf Ceylon Tea
3 cups water
1/2 cup medium black tapioca pearls
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup half and half

To make add tea bags to 2 cups water and bring to a boil, remove form heat and let cool to room temperature. In different pan, bring 1 cup water to boil, add tapioca pearls boiling until soft (about 20 minutes), remove from heat and drain pearls with strainer (retain hot water). Add brown sugar to the hot water, stir till dissolved. Add pearls and let soak up to 30 minutes. Store pearl bubbles and brown sugar syrup separately. To assemble, divide the pearls between two glasses, add ice then add the brown sugar syrup, tea and half and half.
