This Ergodyne Skullerz 8982 4-point suspension is a direct replacement for the one that comes standard with Ergodyne Skullerz hard hats and safety helmets. It is designed to easily and securely attach to the 4 built-in mounting locations on the hard hat shell. This suspension features a breathable design that promotes airflow to keep the wearer cool. The compatible replacement top pad and sweatband are sold separately. If your original suspension is worn out, replace it promptly to continue comfortable, safe wear of your hard hat or safety helmet.
