This blender features an ABS plastic housing and a comfortable, ergonomic handle with a pulse power button for maximum blending control. It also features a 9" stainless steel shaft that locks securely in place and detaches with a twist for easy cleaning. This item is designed with a maximum blend capacity of up to 3 gallons (11 liters) for preparing smaller food batches and features a blade guard that protects the user for enhanced safety.
This immersion blender features a 5,000-15,000 RPM medium-duty, variable speed dial for mixing, blending, pureeing, and liquefying that gives chefs greater control over the texture of sauces, purees, soups, and emulsions.
