Good product in the beginning. I purchased the 75-cup coffee urn in Nov 2024. Last week (Jan 3, 2025) the urn stopped percolating & the water was heating up intermittently at best. I got the info from Hamilton Beach to send the urn back to them, as the urn is currently under warranty. I shipped it out today, Jan 14 2025. I was told by Hamilton Beach that I would have to pay to ship it back to them. Imagine my surprise that it cost me $. This pot is used by our Senior Center (not personal use). Our nonprofit group purchased the urn; I will be having them reimburse me the shipping charge.
