To provide shot temperature stability, this model's group heads are mounted directly to the boiler. Plus, it has programmable and automated compulsory daily cleaning to make sure that the interior components stay clean and ready to use.

This unit comes with a SteamAir auto foam and auto temperature control steam wand and the overabundant supply of steam eliminates recovery times to keep up with the rush in your busy coffee shop or kiosk. The twin pressure gauge helps you keep an eye on the pump and steam at the same time. This unit even has a programmable hot water dispenser with flow regulation to provide extra hot water for drinks when needed.

This espresso machine can make up to 240 cups per hour and has a boiler capacity of 2.6 gallons. A 230V electrical connection is required for operation and this machine has an output of 4500W. It comes with a line cord and can be plugged in with a suggested plug of L6-30P (sold separately).
