This model features a 3.25 gallon stainless steel exchange boiler that provides plenty of capacity and temperature stability for consistent espresso shots. I purchased this machine in April 2019 and it has had so many issues with leaking from the hot water dispenser and the seals not holding and kicking the portafilter out of place while pulling a shot (causing hot water to spray all around. Hello workers comp!). I submitted a warranty claim for these issues and have been completely ignored. My espresso repair company has told me they've heard that a lot and Grindmaster's stance on refusing to honor their warranty is that not using the machine while we were on forced shutdown damaged the machine and it's not their problem. . During the last call out, this time for the high pitched shrieking/ nails down a chalk board sound it makes while brewing a shot (on the right head as the left is completely inoperable currently), I was told it was unrepairable. Total waste of money.
