This provides both the option for freezer-to-oven preparation as well as the defrost and bake method so you can choose whichever works best for your establishment. To thaw and bake, simply defrost for 30 minutes and bake at 355 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes. For the freezer-to-oven method, you can put it straight into the oven at 330 degrees Fahrenheit and bake it for 20-25 minutes. To achieve the best results, set your oven to 75 degrees higher than the required baking temperature while preheating, since the oven will lose heat when it is opened. For an extra crispy and puffy pastry, it is recommended to add steam at the beginning of the baking process when using the thaw and bake method, allowing it to escape 5 minutes before the end of your bake time.
