Golden Barrel Raw Sugar is an excellent quality product that I include in all of my baking mixes. It has a light smoke flavor and if you're familiar with raw sugars you'll know what I mean. This is no way near what it used to be . This is like (fine) white sugar, with a off white color ! save your money and buy white sugar . Very disappointed !
