Golden Barrel 5 lb. Funnel Cake Mix - 6/Case

Not sure which brand I got. My bag is just white with no labels on it. No directions. No brand. I will have to just add water to judge consistency I guess.

I brought this funnel cake mix and the carnival king to see which would taste better and I can honestly say that I could not tell the difference between the two. They are both great.

We, like another review here, received plain white plastic bags with no name and no instructions on mixing ratio, etc. looking at the other reviews I believe we did not receive the correct batter. Haven’t used yet but hoping for the best.

This funnel cake mix is one of the best ever. Easy to mix instructions are on point and very tasty. You can add a little extra vanilla to make even more flavorful. Can't beat the price anywhere else!

Golden Barrel Funnel Cake Mix is so easy to use. Mix in a little water and deep fry and you have the most delicious of treats. Top it off with some powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar. This is a great product.

This product is amazing. The mix is perfect and provides my customers with excellent taste. I also use this mix for my fried oreo's and people to love it. The water ratio is the only thing that I adjusted as I prefer a little thicker batter versus a more watery one. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone.

I have experimented with a few different mixes and I can say that this mix is great when you are first starting out or tight on funds. There is a "better" one out there, but it is twice as much and you can achieve basically the same results with Golden Barrel if you add the appropriate water into your mix. Great product overall! Simple to use and tastes great.

Not the best for commercial use. Maybe better using it at home.. I like my cakes soft this mix seems to make them fry hard

I bought this because my husband loves funnel cake. The mix is great. I just put some mix in a measuring cup, I add a little baking powder, then I add enough water to make the right consistency and mix it up then swirl into oil. They come out fantastic and tastes great. Definitely a great buy.

This brand is good. It tastes like the other ones taste. It tastes like a funnel cake. It is a good amount for the price.

Very good flavor. Everyone likes it, even without a topping. I had a problem with the batter not holding together when I put it into the oil. The portable deep fryer was building a static charge. When I hooked a ground wire to the frame, no more problem. I received a replacement sack even though it was my fault. Now that is service above and beyond!!!!

I have used this mix at an fundraising event and the funnel cakes didn't taste all that good and they soked up alot of the oil.

I love funnel cake, it's been a family favorite for years but who has time anymore to be messing with flour and sugar etc, this mix is the only one I have found that comes close to the carnival type funnel cakes you find, give this a try and all it needs is some water.
