    Many of my customers asked me to make funnel cakes, along with my fried pies, and this funnel cake ring works very well in my cast-iron dutch oven. I don't need the element guard, so I don't know how well this would work.

    I own eight of these now. The handle is great cause it's not leaning out to much to get in your way. They hold the round shape. Even when out squeeze them and they hold. Highly recommended

    Great value! I made funnel cakes for the first time, and this ring and stand allowed me to make perfect cakes each time!! Family lived them. The ring is rather large so I will be ordering the smaller one as well for use for non profit events. Most thought they were too big and shared them.

    Stainless steel funnel cake mold works great. I had to work with the oil level a bit to get the best results in my fryer.

    This ring and base really work but the directions are weak. Here is how to use this ring. Set the base in a pot with the legs down & place the ring on top. Then add enough oil to just cover the ring so when you pour in the batter it does not escape below the ring. As soon as the batter sets it's shape lift the ring out of the way and cook your funnel cake until a lite golden brown.
