This Giles 72078 splash guard is the perfect accessory for adding convenience and efficiency to your fryer. This splash guard can be easily attached to either side of your fryer to prevent splashing nearby equipment. A second guard (sold separately) can be added so you can have one on both sides of your fryer. It works with Giles GBF-35 and GBF-50 series kettle fryers.
