For a truly perfect pizza bake each time, use the GI Metal Evoluzione 13" round perforated pizza peel with 70" handle E-32F/180. This pizza peel is made with a hard oxide anodizing treatment that provides maximum corrosion-, scratch-, and bump-resistance for long-lasting durability in your high-volume kitchen. This treatment also delivers a high heat-resistance that is 3 times greater than traditional anodized aluminum! The head-handle joint is reinforced with 3 large, overlapping rivets for guaranteed stability.
The Evoluzione line adds to the flexibility and lightness of the Azzura line with a smaller peel head and technical, specifically-positioned perforations that discharge flour from two directions for optimized results. It also assists in reduced friction when moving pizzas, leaving movements in and out of the oven smooth and incident-free. The round shape has milling around most of the curve of the head, making it easy to slide under a pizza from the side or the front.
The lightweight handle and sliding grip are made with a high-density polymer material that is highly resistance to impact and heat. The handle's 70" length keeps hands away from the hot oven while moving the pizzas in and out or rotating while they cook. Plus, the handle features a loop at the end for easy hanging and storage.

Well I did receive one definitely not the correct color and it's anodized not raw aluminum but it was the correct size and length!!! The other 2 products were great and they match one another!!!

This pizza peel is fantastic. The perforated peel allows you to get off any excess flour so your pizza tastes very clean and wholesome. It works so well you don’t need to get a larger size unless you’re making very large pizzas.
