The product felt sturdy when it first came. However, after a number times of use, the seam just split. AGAIN, it is not made as one piece from a mold, instead 4 pieces attached. It was not dropped or any force on it to create the split, literally just happened as were were adding iced water in. The wood base got moldy and was not made water resistant. It could probably be used for some time but we did not want to risk customers' health or notice the issue on a bad day. We called customer service and were well taken care of. But still, I would not recommend paying over $ for a dispenser with these issues.
