My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
Garland / US Range MSTSR16M LP Details
Toast sandwiches and warm ingredients to perfection with the Garland MSTSR16M LP 34" Master series liquid propane range-mount infra-red salamander broiler! This compact salamander uses (2) 14,000 BTU atmospheric infra-red burners to efficiently brown casseroles, melt cheese, toast sandwiches, or even finish cooking meats. Each half of this salamander has its own temperature controls so you can set the temperature on either side with an independent hi-lo valve.
This Garland range-mounted salamander features a roll-in, roll-out broiling rack with fixed slides capable of flat or tilted positions to make retrieval and viewing easy. A large, durable handle ensures employees can safely open and close the door during cooking, and a high capacity grease pan enables simple cleanup. To help keep employees comfortable while cooking, this salamander comes with a large heat shield on the bottom. The front, sides, and backsplash are made entirely out of stainless steel to guarantee outstanding durability and service. This unit comes with sentry flame failure protection to increase safety and efficiency.
