This model comes with a mold that makes consistent slider patties 2" in diameter and 1/2" in thickness, so you can be sure that each burger is the same size for consistent cooking and a great customer experience. Should you ever wish to change your menu, other mold sizes are available (sold separately) to convert your burger press to a 4" or 5" patty diameter.
Hand Wash Only
To preserve quality, this item should only be hand-washed and sanitized.

Because this model uses a hopper to hold a supply of burger ingredients, it can produce as many as 9 presses from a single loading. This means you don't need to load individual portions of meat mixture before pressing each patty - no weighing or portioning needed!
