This is a very sturdy press protector that can produce a lot of patties before having to be replaced. The edge does curl after several uses, but never before it has performed well.

When you make dishes from scratch in house, you want the process to go as smoothly as possible for the best and tastiest results. This applies to any dish, but especially to burgers and patties! Meat is notorious for sticking to patty presses, which can cause a mess and undo the neatly formed patty you just sculpted. With this pack of liners, patties effortlessly slip out of the press, making the process quick and easy. Creating your acclaimed artisan burgers has never been easier!
"The plastic patty liners are nice heavy weight plastic and hold up well to the press and the movement of the pressing process. It takes a little bit to get a hang of the process but once you do look out."
Read More ReviewsAfter carefully forming patties, you don't want to have to deal with them sticking to the press and causing a time-consuming mess! These liners stick to the patty, not to the press, ensuring that each patty slides out easily once pressed flat.
Place this patty liner in between the press plate and the burger for a smooth release. Thanks to the liner's looped end, it's easily secured in place. All you need to worry about is pressing the lever for a perfectly shaped patty!

You need these for using the Garde HP1416 press. They slip over one bar and the release bar then tucks under and slides the patty out. You'll use at least one per patty making session. They're pretty durable and I ran 5 lbs of sausage without a problem using one liner. It probably would have done 20 lbs without problem.
