Garbage.. and Webstaurant does not back it. 2 sets of gears and cutters in one year. Good for Webstraunt bad for the customer. This thing slips and does not remove the lid. Absolute trash. Find another solution, don't be like me and trust "Made in America". It's just a paperweight and not even good at that. There are no technical people to talk to at Webstaurant and they won't give you a contact number at Garde. And while I'm at it. The Webstaurant chat session application is garbage too.. must have been desined by the lowest bidder. If you start a session and have to look up an order or item number you can't get back to the chat. And while I'm on a roll... why does the phone number for Webstaurant have to be such a garded secret. If you want my business make yourself available. DO BETTER
