Our Sandwich grill finally died and this grill works and looks great. The lid takes some getting used to since our old one was solid where this one is more parallel. Great product.

Did not really like this product. It doesn't have the ridges, so it really doesn't give the panini feel. Also, the food and oil stains it quickly so it is really hard to clean the plates.

I have been using this panini grill for approximately two months. I have not had any problems with it. I sell a lot quesadillas and grilled sandwiches. My customers see how small it is yet how fast I can do it. They want to know where I got it. It was well worth investment.
This is a great machine it gets hot in seconds and makes a great and crunchy panini sandwich. It can also be great for pancakes
This product heats quickly, and cleans easily, both very important factors in what we need at our shop. We make breakfast sandwiches, and soon will also be making lunch items as well. So far, it works like a charm. The only reason for four stars is that when we press our items, it's angled and squishes the sandwich farther down on one side than the other. Not a deal breaker though.
We used this over the 4th of july and had great results, it worked well and it tasted like a panini I had in Italy
