I ordered this insulated bag some months ago, for personal use. I LOVE IT. Well made, sturdy, works for both hot or cold food. I keep it in my trunk because I order take out a lot - some from home and some on the fly when out/about. SO handy!!! It's big enough to get food for 6-7 people but not so big to be a space hog in my Honda trunk. Have not yet used for long distances after food pick up but imagine it would be quite satisfactory. Very satisfied especially for the price.

This is what we keep at the front of a register it holds our call in orders until the customer gets there to pick up their order. It keeps of food very warm and I have several of these awesome my delivery driver kept one in her car.

Perfect size carrier when you are carrying a small quantity of items. Also material it is made out of is amazing. not thin at all. 100% recommended

Does the job for the price. Only complaint is the latches on handles have come apart but that’s not really a big deal. Will probably buy again.

I bought 2 of these bags. The size is exactly what we needed. I like the heavy duty cloth and zippers. Unfortunately, one of them is coming unstitched on the lid. I have to take off one star for that. I don’t have time to stop and sew up bags after only 6 mos of moderate use.

The bag is well padded and properly insulated. it keeps cold food cold and hot food hot. Prevent food from spilling during delivery. It is even extremely durable.

This is a great bag to keep food warm. I use it when we go to picnics or the beaches. I put my warm food in there and stays warm until we were ready to eat. Great product!

I bought these to deliver frozen meals. So far, with the help of some ice packs they do the job. the bag is not as cumbersome as I thought it would be. I really like the smaller handles as they give me more control of the bag.

I use this bag to carry 4 plastic containers 13,5" x 11" that fit perfectly on it, keeps cool very well and the bag is strong and resistant.
