Its fluid path offers a non-corrosive performance that makes it versatile and well-suited for food and chemical processing applications. This unit is designed for rugged mobile applications. Its guide arm adjusts to vehicle, wall, floor, and overhead positions. The 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings allow for a seamless and smooth rotation. It uses CNC robotically spun discs that allow greater durability. The ribbed discs and rolled edges provide convenient safety on top of its impressive strength. This hose reel is rated for 300 PSI working pressure.

This reel is built with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a stainless steel spring. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that it is easily accessible. This cartridge-style motor is easily removable, making maintenance safe and simple. The reel also features a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism that allows you to secure the hose at your preferred length so you're able to service every area of your workstation without compromising on location. The rachet is pawl- and zinc-plated for long-lasting strength. The 1/4" steel base features a sturdy, no-weld pedestal that keeps it well supported and suitable for heavy use in a commercial environment.
