Simple thermostatic controls let you change the temperature of the warmer at any time, while a heated base and master rocker switch ensure your food is kept at safe holding temperatures. It comes with a single shelf that is strong enough to hold food on its own or in a food pan. The back has a mirror for increased product visibility and presentation, and the xenon lighting provides an excellent and enticing appearance for your customers. And for reliable stability, this unit comes with 1" adjustable legs.
