I ordered three shirts for my son, who normally wears a 3X in button-down shirts and prefers a looser fit for serving tables. The size options offered did not include neck and sleeve measurements, so I selected the 3X as shown. What arrived was not the shirt pictured, not the brand advertised, and not the size I ordered. The shirts sent were labeled 19–19½ neck and 34/35 sleeve. That is nowhere near a 3X fit. The shirt fit him like a standard dress shirt with no extra length, the neck would be too tight if he needed to wear a tie, and the sleeves only reached the middle of his forearms. He hasn’t worn a 34/35 sleeve since middle school. I would have returned them, but he said he’ll make them work. Still, this was extremely disappointing. Please ensure that the products being shipped match the photos, descriptions, and size selections provided. The only accurate details were that the shirts were white and button-down.
