This is a great Four Bean Salad. Ready-to-Eat right out of the can! I prefer mine on the tangy side, so I add Garlic Italian and Balsamic Vinaigrette dressings. We use chickpeas in our ice cream creating a nut free flavor where we roast the chickpeas in the oven and prepare them into our ice cream. We also use the liquid from the can for our baking needs. It makes a great aqua faba. I like this brand, because the aqua faba is thick and it whips up beautiful for meringues.

Very good canned baked beans without fat meat. I add my own touches to them though and so it changes the " New England" style, but that's okay-- they are good on their own!

Wow what a deal! The price can’t be beat on these organic chick peas. Delicious flavor and texture for chickpea salad and soups! 5 lb container is huge!
These beans have a nice simple baked bean flavor, not too sweet. I like to thinnk of these beans as a blank canvas ready to be painted- that is, I like to use these beans as a starting place and add bacon, onions, mustard etc to achieve the flavor I like. On their own they are still good baked beans.
