This unit's low center of gravity makes it extremely stable, while its heavy duty manual pump and one-way check valve is easy to operate, and can empty 100 lb. of oil in less than 2 minutes! Because of its low, 9 5/8" drain height with the cover open, it can fit under most commercial fryers' fry pots to permit direct draining of the oil into the unit.
Heavy duty 6" wheels make it easy to transport oil, even across parking lots with no lifting necessary.

This is the worse purchase. First time went to use it pump would not pump . Tried to prime it as said on fry master website HAHA when you turn it back over all the oil ran out all over the floor. Pump had sign of leaking around pump fittings when unpacked and let it sit in my office. Contacted websturant they said it has warranty no thanks its never been used shouldn't need warranty.

We had leaks from the pump housing from the first use - called Frymaster to get warranty service and the technician replaced the pump and sealed all the joints with thread tape and pipe compound - however it still leaks from the handle and was usuabl. We are working on a way to send it back as it is unusable at this time.

While the unit itself seems to be of decent quality, the nozzle end is constantly dripping. When received, the gaskets were rotted already and needed replacing. The pump handle snapped off a few weeks later and had to be continually replaced as the pump mechanism would stick inside the unit from time to time. The piece where the handle connects to the pump body finally snapped off completely making the unit inoperable and now we are sitting on a very expensive paperweight. Would not recommend for a high volume, heavy use application but would work for something lower volume just fine i think.

This is a good item for cleaning two fryers at once. It makes cleaning older style fryers safer. Easy to use and simple design makes it easy to haul the unit completely full of hot grease.
Great way to dispose of used fryer oil. This is only safe way to do it and this unit does a great job at it.
This fry oil unit is great for draining directly into and safely transporting to waste receptacles! Easy to wheel over the bumpiest ground without trouble!!
