Franmara 1067 Stainless Steel Semi-Hard Cheese Knife

We purchased 12 of these knives. Within two weeks, all of them are rusty, one of them broke completely in half and one has split down the side. We brought this up to Websaurant Customer Care but they were not able to do anything for us because the product is under warranty. So be warned : if you purchase these knives they are yours for life. No matter how damaged or dangerous they are.

Great looking tool at a great price. Have had this one for about two years and still looks new. Have purchased the companion set and it’s been perfect.

We use these in our retail cheese shop for our cheese plates for customers to cut semi-soft cheeses. They have a matte, slightly rough texture on the handle. Not particularly sharp, but overall a good buy!

I do not know cheese knives, but I have used this for soft (brie/double-cream) and hard cheeses and it works well for both. Cheese does not stick, it cuts through it well, and the tines on the end of it are surprisingly useful.

The cheese knife is decent for softer cheeses.It has 1-piece construction, holes to reduce sticking, tongs on the end, and works decently. One unusual feature is that it isn't serrated, which makes it easier to sharpen.

Nice cheese knife. We use it with our charcuterie boards and it looks nice. It is sharp enough for aged cheddar. Light weight, easy to wash.

We purchased this soft cheese knife to use for a cheese display for a wedding. We paired it with a soft cheese knife and a hard cheese and chocolate knife. All three looked great.

This knife feels a little cheap in the hand; however, it works very well with semi-hard cheeses and has a very nice look on a cheese board.

Cheese Knife - well its a cheese knife (much smaller then expected) blade lost shapness after about 3 days. Great for soft cheese such as brie - unable to use on harder cheeses blade will bend.

Price: very good for the quality of the knife. You can of course find cheese knives cheaper, but the handle and blade really stand out compared to cheaper alternatives. Since this is one solid piece, there is no worry of the handle or knife becoming loose over time which i have seen and felt with others. Quality: The handle feels solid and at the same time is very light. Its one piece with no rivets or glue which not only helps with the look but the feel. Its fairly sharp out of the packaging, which for cheese doesn't really matter. Use: For semi-hard cheeses it works very well. Cleaning may be a bit tricky if the cheese was softer as it can go between the holes. A simple brush does clean it off nicely. The weight of the knife is 58grams which is equivalent to 10 US Quarters. Its not heavy but still feels solid

The Franmara semi hard cheese knife is not a bad knife for the money. It was pretty dull when I received it but I didn't expect it to be super sharp for the price. I put a edge on it and it works well. I like it and I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this cheese knife, so does everyone in my family. It slices cheese very well, and barely any sticking due to large holes in the blade. Looks very good and stylish. Definitely worth the price.

For the price, this knife is very good. I use it to cut cheese as well as slicing tomatoes. I ue the end to core items as needed.

We love these. 75% of our sales are cheese plates and these knives are our number one most stolen item which I assume means our guest like them as well. At the price point we are never to upset with how many stroll out the door. And compared to the price point we were paying for them Webstaurant has saved us quite a bit.

While you might be expecting a magnificent, sharp, cheese cutting machine - you'll be a bit let down with this. This knife doesn't feel sharp enough to cut cheeses (semi-hard) well. Other than that, it looks cool - and is good for conversation, so there's that.

For an inexpensive cheese knife it works pretty well. The hard cheeses do not stick but we have noticed softer cheeses tend to cling to the knife.
