Franmara 1065 Stainless Steel Soft Cheese Knife

I was excited for these knives but they rust very easily. And the rust gets on other items too. If you're able to wash them without soaking and dry immediately, they are fine. But to expect staff to be able to clean immediately and dry immediately is a tall order. Two knives now have rust spots and one plate was stained as is the sink. Webrestaurant is great and issued refund, but say yourself the disappointment.

Bought these to go with a serving board I purchased. It was the perfect addition. I like that the knife is more matte finish than shiny. Easy clean up and it's a great item!

Franmara Stainless Steel Soft Cheese Knife is a nice service style knife for a cheese board or other buffet uses. I have purchased all of the different Franmara cheese knives, and am happy with them; however now that I have used them wish they were slightly smaller (handle length) size.

Perfect knife for cutting soft cheese. It works great. It does a very good job of cutting the portion of cheese you want without messing up the rest of the wheel. Also, it is does a great job of spreading the cheese on the bread.
