Use the FMP 170-1010 31 3/4" lead wire element as a direct replacement for the element that came with your Lang MM-36 cheesemelter. This 1800W element is made of quartz and will ensure that your foods are evenly melted. Replace a worn or damaged element right away so that your cheesemelter continues to cook foods to perfection!
