I bought this food mold to patty out perfectly round hamburgers, and it performs wonderfully. These are very well-made, well-polished, and even the engraved brand name is sharply done. A solid food ring as usual - high polish, extremely sturdy, with etched on measurements. This size is a bit of an inbetweener - I'd want something either a lighter dessert, or a mini version of something savory (like a chicken pot pie).

Flexible steel food ring is sturdy steel. We make various layered cakes with these like rice , beans and avocado decorations and more. This creates so many various food decorations. It is easy to clean. Also it is very easy to store them. They do not take much space. We ordered many different sizes.
