    I make ice cream cakes and these are perfect! They do not bend easy so they hold their shape well. Since they need to go in a freezer, they keep the ice cream edges even colder so when I use a decorating comb on the edges, the ice cream doesn't melt as easily. Just dip a warm, wet wash cloth around the edge and it pulls right off of the cake.

    Very nice and shining steel. Also very practical snd handy sharp cutter. It gives very good shape to cakes. We also use it to cut cookies and sometimes for other food items like small wheat chips or fries round whole wheat fritters. They are easy to clean No rusting after washing.
