I love these cheesecake pans and will never go back to a traditional springform pan. My cheesecakes bake evenly and much faster than in the steel springforms I grew up using. The pans are lightweight but feel very solid and can take a lot of abuse. I was worried that the removable bottom might leak but they appear largely watertight (not sure how that works). I handle the removable bottom with care so it does not get bent. - I am sure this is just an abundance of caution on my part. I am going to buy more of the smaller sizes next.

A lot of famous bakers use this brand of pans. I love how easy it is to take the cakes out. I use these pans for regular cakes, I've never tried cheesecake in them. I like that the cake just pops out, you don't have to grease and flour, just a little canola spray and that's all. They are not dishwasher safe but I still think they are worth it. They are great for cooking with kids who often times have trouble getting cakes out of pans.

Quality pan 4 in x 2 in with removable base makes baking personal size cheesecake a lot easier the type of aluminum it is made out of heat and cool very efficiently heavyweight metal very thick and no need to use utensils on it with the removable base so you don't have to wait out scratching it up

This is a great pan as long as you follow the instructions and hand wash only. The 7 x 3 fits perfectly inside a 6qt instantpot and gives this pan a lot of versatility in making cheesecakes and cakes.

For the last couple years I've been using the Fat Daddio 9" x 3" and 10" x 3" pans to make cheesecakes. The removable bottoms work well, and because of the design there are no other parts to break like on the usual springform pans.
