Use this Estella 348PDSFPEDAL foot pedal to fix a broken component on your dough sheeter. The foot pedal will help to keep your unit operating safely and efficiently. If you notice a problem with your unit's foot pedal, use this replacement to restore the dough sheeter to working order.

This foot pedal is a direct replacement for the one that came with ETL certified Estella DSF78 and DSF94 dough sheeters. This foot pedal is not compatible with units that have are old style non-ETL certified. Non-ETL certified units should use 348PDSFFOOT.
