In my opinion this is a great restaurant quality coffee. It is definitely very mainstream. It has a great aroma, a pleasantly complex taste, earthy and familiar including a hint of bitterness that says it's coffee Like I said, mainstream. It will be the best bet to please customers in most restaurants. For me, I enjoy it but I will be blending it to add a bit more interest. But that is for a market segment that is more upscale or trendy/bespoke etc. For most restaurants I think it's spot-on perfect!
