The Edlund RMD-1000 Four Star series deluxe 1000 g metric mechanical portion scale is designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of your commercial kitchen. It's made of stainless steel for outstanding durability, and the face is slanted to a 30 degree viewing angle for easy and accurate readings. The adjustable air dashpot helps absorb shock to prevent pointer vibration when product is placed on the scale, and the molded scale window encloses the scale plate to keep it from becoming dirty during use.
